A regional-level management of small business development: an economic-organizing aspect

The article investigates the economic-organizing mechanism for managing small business' development. The investigation covers the methodology, system of economic indicators and criteria for evaluation. The authors elaborated a multidimensional matrix that allows making informed strategic decisions to control small business' development at macro and micro levels.
