The paper deals with an intellectual component of human capital which is particularly important in conditions of intensive informatization and intellectualization of the world economy. Commercialization of intellectual capital is among the main problems of its realization. The author offers intellectual business as one of the forms of intellectual capital realization. The paper contains certain types of intellectual business and ways of its support and development.
