Reproduction of material and technical resources of an agro-industrial complex in state programs realization

The article considers resource security of an agro-industrial complex. The study evaluates the agriculture material and technical basis of the Russian Federation and Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The authors analyze the basis' structure, state and machine-and-tractor park serviceability. The authors offer certain mechanisms for reproduction of material and technical resources of an agrarian and industrial complex in the framework of national programs realization.
