The article evaluates the companies managing pension accumulation, on the basis of the Cobb - Douglas model. On the strength of the analysis of 33 management companies' portfolios for 30 quarters, the authors arrive at the conclusion that the capital factors (profitability of assets and profitability of owned capital) prove to be more significant, than the labour factors (life span of portfolio and type of portfolio).
