The article says of the expediency of use of a modeling tool apparatus to justify efficiency of creation of the integrated structures. The author offers models of the horizontal integration that consider the number of enterprises in the regional market, the volume of branch output, the limit and constant production expenses, the synergetic effects of decrease in expenses as a result of integration. The paper also says of the conditions, under which the integration, from the view-point of the uniting enterprises, is expedient.
