The article presents the development of electronic services of the Federal Tax Service. It submits characteristics of the main types of electronic services. The author carried out a comparative analysis of use of electronic services provided by the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the last three years. The article reveals the most popular Internet-services of the Tax Service of Russia and the Volgograd region.
