The article presents an approach to justification of economic practicability of information support of the knowledge-intensive production in the hi-tech aircraft industry. The criteria and methods to choose the information support, offered by the authors, will allow minimizing risks of the system introduction in various divisions of the aircraft manufacturing enterprises.
