The article considers possible approaches to determining the efficiency of non-governmental pension funds, and the possibility of market-system efficiency assessment. The technique of determination of activity efficiency of non-governmental pension funds is based on formation of indexes (coefficients) of a productivity assessment by the main criteria, which is approved by the activities results of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.
