On the issue of management improvement of the innovation economy development in Russia

The article studies the main approaches to formation of innovation economy and innovation activities of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The author also submits a formulation of the main models of economic growth, and he offers some practical conclusions on solving the innovation tasks.
