The problem of assessing the consequences of man's impact on the environment is the pivotal one in a system of relationship of the society, economy and nature. The process of environmental pollution gains a global character, and it significantly changes the established course of natural processes that often leads to unpredictable and hard-remediable consequences. The problem of mathematical modeling lies in learning to describe the dynamics of ecological systems in the conditions of anthropogenic influence. Respectively, the role of a set of the balance microeconomic and macroeconomic mathematical models used for making the selective balanced decisions on ecology and economy increases notably.

Keywords: macroeconomic matrix model, microeconomics, balance model, ecologic and economic modeling, sustainable development
