The microeconomic reasons to reject innovation activities: underestimation of values chains for new industrialization of the economy

In addition to the known reasons of innovation activities renunciation, there exist as well some special, the microeconomic ones, initiated by the participants of values chains of a company. The article deals with such reasons and their nature, and it analyzes the potential of chains of values. The author substantiates that the chains-of-values innovative potential is nothing else but the ability of the chains of values to become sources of innovation. And thus their producers can gain cluster effects or form industry standards on the assumption of marketing of innovation commercialization. All this may help much to get the maximum return on innovation commercialization and to create the microeconomic preconditions for new industrialization.
