The article deals with the monitoring study of the manpower potential of agricultural enterprises in regions. The existing system of training of young-generation professionals for the agricultural sector, the conditions for consolidating them in rural areas and the level of their satisfactory education are this study subjects. The authors introduce a set of activities to attract, support and secure this category of professionals and increase their motivation to work in rural areas.
