Concession as one of the instruments for sustainable growth

In article the nature, standard and legal base, an economic basis and prospects of development of the concession mechanism are considered. In the presence of considerable stocks of natural resources similar agreements will allow to raise financial and technical funds in economy that will cause increase of competitiveness and will promote social and economic development.
