In connection with the improvement of the development of the tourist business has a need to identify the most efficient and competitive companies. The paper analyses different aspects of the activity of tourist enterprises, the most effective indicators of the activity management of the company, identifies factors affecting the formation of prices for tourist product. It is concluded that the effectiveness of the functioning of the travel Agency depends on the degree of validity of a strategy of its activities on the market of tourist services.
