In article topical issues of influence of factors of social and economic development on a condition of the land relations are considered. Need of increase of efficiency of interaction of subjects of the market of the earth on the basis of consolidation of efforts of the state, financial and social sectors of economy locates. It has to give acceleration to processes of social and economic development of regions, ensuring industrial growth and improvement of quality of life of the population.
