Evaluation of investment attractiveness in the innovation economy in terms of external users

The article considers the investment attractiveness of the territories and of commercial structures as one of the factors of development of innovative economy. Economic ratings are defined as sources of reliable information for decision-investors rational decisions about capital investment. Substantiated by the author's method of rapid assessment of investment appeal at the micro level, based on the use of public reporting and available to external users.
