National development strategies of techno-parks

World experience shows that the economy growing of the developed countries and their separate regions is already a long ago based on the use of techno-parks, as an effective form of integration of science, education and production. Experience of foreign countries is analyzed in this work in the field of forming of national strategies of development of techno-parks. The necessity of development in the modern terms of national strategy is grounded on development of techno-parks, including the economic, organizational and legal methods of stimulation.
