The modern economic troubles create the demand of various users on comprehensive and detailed information about financial performance of the company. It’s necessary to create appropriate quality and quantity disclosure of the category of the financial performance in order to increase the reliability of preventive revealing factors of threats or benefits. It demands to consider imperatives of general laws and proportions of the surrounding validity. These factors are reflected in key financial coefficients and other indices. There forming and analyses are necessary for regional financial ecology monitoring on all levels.
