Analysis of future debit and creditor debts municipalities of the cities

The article is devoted to identification of types of future debts in budgets of the cities that will allow to prevent social cataclysms (bankruptcy, unemployment, crime, population outflow) at the expense of early identification of types and the sizes future (including postponed) debts and to take preventive measures to the city authorities. The description of application of factorial model for extraction of shares of future creditor and debit debts from values of the current reporting indicators of budgets of the cities that is important for an assessment of future financial condition of each city separately is given.
