Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization is connected with serious risks for domestic producers. In the conditions of competitive fight for domestic market the special part is assigned to the operational analysis which results inform management on a condition of economic processes and allow to regulate in due time them for achievement of goals on acquisition of competitive advantages. In the article the definition of the operational analysis is specified, stages of its development are allocated.
