In the article, the dynamics of a company structural and technological alteration and production output volume growth are researched. Development of firm as evolution process from the minimum firm - the individual entrepreneur embodying simple technological process, to the modern multinational corporations including numerous structural divisions, aimed at creation and sale of the most difficult production is considered. It is shown that the companies of one level of development possess similar structure, size and productivity.
