Adequacy of outpace development strategy of Russian economy in global changes

In the article the problem of realization of strategy of catching-up and advancing development for the Russian economy is considered. The author gives simple model of economic growth of system and shows major factors which are determinants of strategy of development. Justification of adequate strategy of advancing development for Russia is given, global changes, structural changes are taken into account.
