In the article the results of the factorial analysis of influence of development of mining on an ecological situation in the regions which show that emergence and growth of industrial productions has negative influence on the atmosphere are considered. Environmental pollution from working productions has no direct influence on decrease in health of the population, thus parameters of incidence and traumatism of the population are closely connected with a level of development of economy of the region. Lack of productions, weak economy is bigger danger to the population, than an environmental problem. Renewal and development of mining sector of economy in the regions, according to the results of the analysis will have negative influence on environment, first of all on a condition of atmospheric air. On the example of revival Hove-Aksynsky nickel-a cobalt field in Tuva it is shown that application of innovative technologies of development and extraction of valuable components will have higher economic and ecological efficiency, than the traditional technologies.
