Analysis and development of methodology for investments and capital repairs of residential buildings

In the article the inefficiency of existing methodology of investment ensuring overhaul of apartment buildings is shown. The models of the organization of repair offered by various federal structures and criteria of their assessment are considered. Additional criteria of an assessment are offered. The results of comparison of efficiency of advanced model with other models are given.
