It is offered the model of management by introduction of new technology. Introduction is considered as algebraic introduction in production function of some differentials of rather corresponding production factors (resources). Such statement is caused by need to carry out an increment or reduction of resources at introduction of new technology. The concept of quality of the management, characterized as the real trajectory describing consumption of resources from optimum is entered. The dependences, allowing calculating the most effective management at introduction of new technology taking into account intensity of use of resources are received.
