In the article state of the Russian market of merges and absorption in 2005-2012 is investigated, comparison with the world market on key indicators is carried out. Peculiar features and tendencies of development of the domestic market of merges and absorption are revealed, the role of the synergetic effect of integration in expectations of investors is emphasized.
