In the article the formal algorithm of management by the relations with suppliers of the telecommunication services, including a method of calculation of an indicator of an assessment of the supplier is developed for selection of the optimum partner (built on the basis of Shannon's formula using fuzzy sets) and a technique of an assessment of integrity of work of the supplier in the course of cooperation.
