Controlling and risk management in small and medium-sized company

The planning based on management of vision, mission and the purposes, starts being supplemented with the systematic controlling passing to risk management. However not all small and medium-sized companies are capable to carry out and use such model effectively. The main processes of controlling of small and medium-sized enterprises in connection with operating and strategic plans both during growth, and during crisis are presented.
