In the article the analysis of a current state of the market of banking services of the Republic of Mordovia is carried out, the assessment of observance of standard indicators of formation and use of financial resources by independent commercial banks of the republic is given. The recommendations about increase of efficiency of functioning of the Regional Commercial Banks are developed.
