Analysis of efficiency of placement of state order

In the article a technique of the analysis of efficiency of placement of the state order which covers three directions: economy of budgetary funds, results of the conclusion and performance of the state contracts; the competition in the market of the state order are presented. The main problems of efficiency of placement of a state order in the Oryol region, arisen in 2010-2012 are defined.
