Econometric methods and their use investigation of factors and reserves labor productivity growth in agricultural sector

In the article the need of application of methods of the econometric analysis for an assessment of economic efficiency of use of human resources on agricultural enterprises are revealed. On the basis of creation of linear multiple-factor model of regression factors and reserves of a gain in productivity of work in agrarian sector of economy are revealed. The main directions of growth of labor productivity in agriculture are offered.
