The need and efficiency of increase in financial investments in construction of Russian roads

Low quality and safety of the Russian highways lead to considerable economic losses of the state. The offered recommendations will allow to reduce these expenses. Calculations of economic efficiency of investments in road infrastructure are made. The concept of forecasting of possible dangers to passengers and anticipatory actions is developed for decrease in risks.
