Application of model of optimum development of sector of economy on example of the separate region

The models of optimum structure of development of sector developed by authors the economy focused on non-oil type of development and development of export specialization of a regional production system are given. The models take into account dynamics of change in the production structure as a result of the current economic situation and allow to conclude that the use of a tool achieving their goals.
