The article is devoted to the scientific area "mathematical methods of economy" including organizational and economic and economic-mathematical modeling, econometrics and statistics, and also the decision-making theory, the system analysis, cybernetics, research of operations. The new paradigm of this scientific and practical area developed in the 1980th is considered.
