A change in the optimum organizational structure of enterprises for the elongation of the life cycle of innovation is studied. The factors, which facilitate the vertical integration of enterprises at the beginning of life cycle and fragmentation of technological chains in proportion to reaching by the innovation technology of maturity, are systematized. Simple and visual economic and mathematical models are proposed.
