In the article specifics and uniqueness of activity of autonomous establishments of the sphere of culture are revealed, the problems are defined, risks of activity are classified and tasks on a private example of cultural institution are formulated. It is concluded that the need of an integrated approach to an assessment of financial and economic activity of autonomous establishments is reasoned.
