One of the main reasons for growth of the world production of production of a metallurgical complex is the increase in population in developing countries, and also the processes of industrialization assuming development of infrastructure, modernization and technological rearmament of means of production. Thus outputs of products of a metallurgical complex in Russia are much lower, than in China that is connected with low investment appeal of the Russian industry.
