In the article the technique, allowing to specify values of communications of the cognitive maps used for forecasting of various factors in economic and social and economic systems for the accounting of global tendencies and increase of accuracy of forecasts on the periods remote in time is described. The technique is based on finding of analytical dependences for obtaining values of coefficients of communications between knots of a cognitive map and extrapolation of change of their values by a method of the regression analysis.
