In the article the effects arising at introduction of standards of the ISO 50000 series potential social and economic are investigated. No. 261 of 23.11.2009 Federal Law "On energy saving and energy efficiency improvements and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" regarding the introduction of certification of residential buildings is carried out.
