We live in the epoch of swift interpenetration and rapid strengthening of interdependence of states in the economic, social, political, ideological and cultural areas. This tendency was called globalization. Being the objective trend of development, globalization offers additional possibilities to the economies of the individual countries. But this process is connected with the expenses and the threats for the national economies, moreover not only the poor, but also rich countries.
