Management of organizational changes is considered as multidimensional stochastic process with feedback by results of transformations. Features of approach to modeling are: declaring of the principle of the distributed responsibility of divisions; justification of expeditious optimization of structure of the enterprise and application of indistinct numbers for formalization of variables.
