Innovative potential of federal districts and regions of Russia: analysis and evaluation

In the article the role of innovations locates in increase of competitiveness of economy of regions is revealed. The author carried out the analysis of the indicators characterizing scientific and innovative potential of subjects of managing at mesa-level. Research is conducted and the coefficient of dependence of the industry of area from the attracted advanced technologies is calculated, the concept "innovative health" of the region is presented. It is concluded on the need of improvement of modern operating methodological base of statistics.
