New combinations in economy and principle of combinatorial building

In the article the impact of institutions on the technological changes in the economy, a described laying cycle of new scientific and technological results are considered. The author proposes the principle of combinatorial building development and necessary complement the principle of creative destruction. A simple structural model of new combinations in the economy with the necessary conclusions for economic policy is presented.
