Models of venture capital financing: international and Russian tendencies of development

Comparative analysis of modern trends of development of system of venture financing in the leading countries and Russia are presented. The key in venture financing system has not only the total amount of funds but also their rational distribution of specialized stages of innovation projects is shown. The necessity of special educational training in Russia, the real and potential developers and investors are revealed.
