In the article the need of introduction of mechanisms of redistribution of investment incomes in favor of development of sectors of real economy is shown. One of the ways of realization of this mechanism is introduction of higher rate of a profit tax for the large mining enterprises mastering unique or large-scale deposits of minerals.
