Influence of state on formation of needs for public goods in today's economy

In the article the mechanism of relationship of society and the state in the course of their formation of requirements for the public benefits in increase of welfare of society, achievement of social progress and stability are analyzed. Borders of application of market mechanisms are designated participation of the state, commercial and non-profit public organizations in satisfaction of requirements in the public benefits, and also by production of subjects of public requirements.
