In the article existing methods of an assessment of innovative capacity of the separate enterprises and the region are considered. The model of an assessment of innovative potential of the tourist industry of St. Petersburg with use of dynamic criteria is offered. It is settled an invoice the innovative potential of hotel business of St. Petersburg on the developed model.
