Low level of commercialization of scientific development in Russia assumes the need of reconsideration of indicators of estimation of activity of objects of innovative infrastructure. In the article the need of addition of criteria of estimation by the indicators characterizing efficiency of applied forms and the ways of activity of objects of innovative infrastructure in the sphere of commercialization of innovations is revealed.
