According to statistics of the arbitration courts of RF of insolvency (bankruptcy), only a small percentage of them end with the cessation of the production of restoring the solvency of the theoretical bases of economic analysis, assessment of insolvency (bankruptcy) organizations first of all, in legal bases of activity of institute of bankruptcy, as served as a subject of author's research.
