Due to the escalation and transformation of inter-territorial competition increases the importance of building an attractive image of the territory to strengthen its competitive position. In the article the methodological bases of development of plans of image and reputation transformations are investigated. The algorithm of planning of process of formation of image and reputation of the territory, opening sequence and the maintenance of stages of planning is offered.
